This popular citrus gives off a fresh aroma, and is often used as an accent to dishes and drinks. While most lemons are tart, acidic and astringent, they are also surprisingly refreshing.
Our organic lemons are farmed from all three California citrus growing districts, but majority are harvested from the first district in the Central Valley. The lemon varieties that Allied provides are Meyer, Lisbon, and Eureka. The Meyer variety is a sweeter lemon, while the Lisbon & Eureka varieties have stronger acidic values and produce a harvest continually throughout the year.
